Please read the following cancellation and refund policies carefully before making a reservation at The Grand Heritage Resorts:

1. Room Stay Reservations

Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (minus any standard processing transaction fees). Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made under 7 days of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

2. Event Venue Bookings (Lawns & Banquets)

Due to the high demand and exclusive nature of our palace lawns and banquet venues, booking advances are non-refundable. Dates can be shifted subject to availability and written management approvals.
